A flaked finishing salt harvested by hand from the St. Lawrence River estuary in Grandes-Bergeronnes on the Haute-Côte-Nord of Quebec. Water is drawn from a depth of over 200 metres from the mesopelagic stratum, where the Labrador Current carries water from the Arctic. Intended for use as a finishing salt on meats, vegetables, seafood, salads, and desserts.
