A coffee blend roasted in Montreal, sourced from Cerrado Mineiro in Brazil and Kericho in Kenya, in collaboration with a Canadian import agency that pays producers a bonus directly with each purchase. The beans are processed using the washed method and sourced from Cachoeira and the Chepnorio Farmer's Cooperative Society. Intended for espresso, French press, or pour-over brewing with water at 92°C.
