Red River Cereal is a hot cereal made from cracked wheat, cracked rye, and cracked and whole flax, milled at the Arva Flour Mill in Arva, Ontario. The mill has been in continuous operation since 1819 on the same Goldie and McCullough roller mills, making it Canada's oldest commercial flour mill.
