A cordial made from elderflowers handpicked from an organic elderflower farm in the Fraser Valley, British Columbia, steeped over several days to extract flavour. Made from fresh flowers rather than dried. Each 375ml bottle yields approximately 20 to 24 drinks at half to one ounce of cordial per serving.
