A small-batch granola made with gluten-free oats, whole almonds, dried apricots, dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds, and coconut, spiced with cardamom and cinnamon and sweetened with maple syrup. Slow-roasted and packaged by hand in Toronto's east end. Uses extra virgin olive oil as the fat base.
