A single-origin washed coffee grown on a single farm in Nicaragua, from the Caturra varietal. During a World Coffee Research tour of Nicaraguan farms, this coffee scored among the highest Brix levels in the region, a measure linked to sweetness in the cup. The farm is run by producer Antonio Lopez.
