A single-varietal honey produced by bees foraging on lavender and sunflower fields at Hereward Farms, a 250-acre farm in East Garafraxa, Ontario. The honey is produced in partnership with Bairds and the Bees, the beekeeping operation on the property. Naturally darker in colour than conventional honey varieties.
