Maple vinegar produced through double fermentation, unfiltered and unpasteurized, with 4.5% acetic acid. Made in the Eastern Townships using raw cane sugar sourced from the Peruvian Andes, slowly fermented on a bed of beech wood. Suited for vinaigrettes, breads, pastries, desserts, grilled dishes, salads, and stir-fries.
